Anywhere — your personal network, social media, job boards, hospitality forums, and more.
  • 5. Do I need a big network or social media following?
Not at all. Anyone can succeed by promoting in relevant spaces — no large audience needed. Plus, we provide you with a ready-made toolkit to help you expand your reach and share the opportunity more effectively.
  • 6. How will I get paid?
You’ll receive your earnings via bank transfer or another approved method after each successful referral completes their job assignment.

We focus on seasonal and temporary roles in the hospitality & tourism sector across Europe — from housekeeping and kitchen work to bar, front desk, and more.

  • 8. Do I need a visa or work permit?
All candidates on our platform must have the legal right to work in the country where the job is based. If you're unsure, check your eligibility or ask us — we're happy to help clarify.

Simply create your profile by adding your experience, skills, availability, and preferences. Once it’s complete, we’ll begin sending you job matches that fit your profile.

We specialize in seasonal and temporary hospitality roles across Europe — from waitstaff and receptionists to chefs and housekeeping. If you're unsure, just reach out and we'll guide you.
  • Do candidates speak English or other required languages?
Language skills are clearly listed on candidate profiles. We filter applicants based on required language proficiency and other criteria.
  • How much does it cost to hire through Hospitalitify?

  • What kind of support do you provide during the hiring process?
We assist with contracts, documentation, and act as an intermediary if any issues arise. Our team is here to make the process smooth and compliant.
  • Are the candidates legally authorized to work in my country?
Our candidate pool includes hospitality professionals from across Europe and beyond, carefully vetted to ensure they meet legal work requirements. We verify that all candidates have the necessary work permits or EU citizenship / residency status to legally work in your country.
  • What happens if things don't go as planned with a hire?
We’re here to help resolve misunderstandings or disputes. While each situation is unique, our goal is to mediate and offer fair solutions when possible. Our flexible pricing means you can also benefit from pro-rata refunds if things don’t go as planned and pay only for the time the candidate works, so you are always protected.
